1. How fast does the instant water heater heat water?
It delivers hot water in just 10 seconds. As long as the cold water is flowing, you get a continuous supply of hot water (approx. 10 liters of bath-ready hot water in 5 minutes).
2. Is this a storage geyser? How much water does it hold?
No, it is a non-storage instant geyser. It holds only about 1 liter of water internally, but provides a continuous flow of hot water directly into your bucket
3. How do I adjust the water temperature?
You can adjust the temperature using your tap’s water pressure:

Higher pressure (more water): Warm water.

Lower pressure (less water): Hotter water (ranges between 40°C to 75°C).
4. Can I connect this geyser to a shower or mixer tap?
No. It cannot be connected to a shower or mixer tap. The geyser outlet must remain open and empty directly into a bucket so that steam can escape safely to prevent leakage or damage.

8. Is the geyser safe and shockproof?
Yes, it is 100% shockproof. The body is made of polypropylene (fiber) material, and both the coil and wiring are ISI-certified. It is completely safe for children and women to use.
9. What is the Auto-Cut feature, and how does it work?
If you forget to turn off the power switch or if the water supply stops, the geyser automatically shuts off when the water temperature reaches 75°C. Once the water cools down to 40°C, it turns back on automatically. (Note: Always turn off the power switch manually after completing your use).
10. Does it require proper earthing?
Having a third earthing line is ideal, but the geyser is safe to use even if third earthing is not available.
11. Can I use this geyser with hard water, borewell, or well water?
Yes. However, if your water has heavy mineral/salt content, it is recommended to open the geyser every 5–6 months and clean the scaling off the heating coil using a dishwashing scrub pad.
12. Do I need a plumber or electrician to install it?
No. The geyser is designed for DIY (Do-It-Yourself) installation. It comes with a special glue stick to mount the unit onto bathroom tiles without any drilling or damage.
